Please remember that this is a small business. Each piece of jewelry in my shop is hand crafted by me from start to finish. These items are completely "slow made" by hand. Because of this I do not take returns. However, I understand that things happen and so I ask that you please reach out to me within 5 days of receiving your item if you have an issue. Depending on the situation I may allow exchanges for store credit.
